Terms of use
Effective 9 July 2026
Using The Morning Psalm means you accept these terms. They’re short, and they’re meant to be fair.
The content
Scripture quoted on this site comes from the King James Version and the World English Bible, both in the public domain — the Word belongs to no one and to everyone. Every verse is labelled with its reference and translation.
Everything else — devotionals, prayers, articles, designs, and the brand itself — is © The Morning Psalm. You’re warmly welcome to share links, quote passages with credit, and read aloud wherever readings are read. Please don’t republish our content wholesale, scrape the site, or pass our work off as your own.
What this site is (and isn't)
The Morning Psalm offers devotional reading and encouragement. It is not professional counselling, medical, legal, or financial advice, and it isn’t a substitute for a pastor, doctor, or qualified professional when one is needed. If you are in crisis, please seek help from the appropriate services where you live.
Purchases
When our shop opens, purchases (printables, digital products, and merchandise) will carry their own clear terms at the point of sale — pricing, delivery, and refunds included.
The service
We work to keep the site available and accurate, but it is provided “as is” — we can’t promise it will always be online or error-free, and to the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version appears here with a new effective date. Questions: hello@themorningpsalm.com.
