Shiloh was the central place of worship in Israel for generations, where the tabernacle stood and the ark rested. Here Hannah prayed for a son, and here the boy Samuel first heard God's voice.
Shiloh represents a season of God speaking again to his people — a reminder that God still calls, and that a listening heart says, Speak, LORD; for thy servant heareth.
Shiloh in Scripture
And the LORD appeared again in Shiloh: for the LORD revealed himself to Samuel in Shiloh by the word of the LORD.
