Near to all who call

The LORD is nigh unto all them that call upon him, to all that call upon him in truth.
Twice in one short verse: all them that call, all that call. The repetition is the point. No tier system, no preferred customers, no spiritual seniority required. The nearness of God is triggered by calling — and calling is the one thing everyone can do, from anywhere, in any condition.
The single qualifier is “in truth,” and it is kinder than it sounds. It does not mean theologically polished or emotionally composed. It means honestly — the real you, calling about the real situation, without the presentable version we sometimes think prayer requires. God draws near to truth-tellers, which is why the rawest prayers in Scripture are often answered fastest.
So the arrangement for today is simple: call, and He is nigh. In the car, mid-meeting, over the sink. No switchboard, no delay between the calling and the nearness. The verse states it as a standing law of how things work — and it will still be true at whatever hour today tests it.
