Proverbs pictures safety as architecture: the name of the LORD is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe. His name — his whole known character — is the fortress.
Running into the name means rehearsing who he is when trouble starts: provider, healer, shepherd, peace. Each name is a wall; together they are a tower that has never been breached.
Note the verb: runneth. Not strolls, eventually. When today's alarm sounds, run to what you know of God first, and be safe there.
