Money is one of the things Jesus spoke about most, and rarely in the way we expect. Scripture doesn't shame us for having needs; it gently loosens money's grip on the heart and points us to a Provider we can trust.
But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
Put God first, and the rest finds its proper place.
But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.
For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
Not money itself, but the love of it, is the danger.

Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.
Contentment is not having everything; it is trusting the One who has promised never to leave you. That is a wealth no market can touch.
