Bible Verses About Creation
Scripture on the Maker and the made — the heavens declaring, and the God who spoke it all.
The Bible opens with creation and never stops marvelling at it. These verses gather the great creation texts — the speaking of worlds, the declaring heavens, and the Maker who knows his work by name.
In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
The first sentence of everything: in the beginning God created.

The heavens declare the glory of God — the original sermon.

Made in his own image — humanity's charter.

By him were all things created — and for him.
I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.
Fearfully and wonderfully made — creation, personalised.

He calleth the stars all by names — and not one faileth.
For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
The invisible things of him, clearly seen in the things that are made.
Creation is a gallery with the Artist's name on every wall. Walk outside tonight, look up, and let the heavens do their declaring — then praise the One they point to.
