Bible Verses About Lust
Scripture on guarding the eyes and heart — fleeing temptation, and the way of escape.
Lust promises life and delivers bondage. Scripture takes it seriously — starting in the heart and the eyes — and offers real help: flee, guard, and rely on the God who provides a way out. These verses are for the fight for purity.
But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.
