Scripture's picture of leadership is a shepherd, not a boss — going ahead, bearing the weight, and serving those led. These verses are for anyone entrusted with people, whether a family, a team, or a church.
But so shall it not be among you: but whosoever will be great among you, shall be your minister: And whosoever of you will be the chiefest, shall be servant of all.

The best leaders go first, carry the most, and serve those they lead. Take counsel, fear God, lead by example — and remember that greatness in the kingdom looks like a towel and a basin.
