Father, thank you for those who care for the sick — for the long shifts, the hard decisions, and the compassion spent on strangers.
Give them wisdom beyond their training, steady hands, and clear minds when everything depends on it. Let them work as unto you, and sense your help in the room.
Guard them from burnout and from growing numb. Refill what the work drains; protect their own health, their families, and their rest.
Where they bring healing, multiply it; where they can only accompany, give them tenderness. Bless the healers, Lord, and sustain them. Amen.
